Hiya I am new to this site and just wondered if anyone can tell my how many sins Nandos medium sauce is or KFC sweet chilli sauce. I am having chicken for tea and wanted to have a sauce to dip it in. I have a pot of The small sweet chilli sauce left over from KFC or I have a bottle of Nandos sauce.

The Nandos sauce is half a syn per level tablespoon. The KFC sauce isn't listed but it's 50 calories per pot according to their website so I would count 2.5 syns.
