    1200 cal a day for 2wks.

    Day 1

    B: Green pot of special k with s/s milk. 300cal
    x2 cups of coffee with a splash of milk 50cal
    Alpen fruit and nut bar with chocolate 120cal.

    L: Vegetable soup 150cal. x2 jacob crackers 70cal and 40g cheese 120cal.

    810 so far

    D:

    Drinks: Diet coke. s/f squash.

    Hope its going ok, keep posting what you have to eat, you will find keeping a record of your food will really help you along.
