Kick Start?

Am I right in thinking that this is something I can do for a week or so to give my weight lose a boost?

Does anyone know how many points I can reduce my intake too for a week?

i think its 4 points less than your daily allowance.

So if your allowed 22 id say 18
 
Thx. I was thinking something like that sounded right but didn't want to cut down too much.

I've got a similar amount to lose as you and am aiming for the same time - not sure it's possible for me to be honest!!

kick start: if you currently weigh over 14 st, its 22pts a day, if u weigh under 14st its 18pts a day.
 
WMBB is right. It's not just a case of knocking points off it's either 22 or 18 dependant on your weight
 
I'm finding it difficult on 18 pts.

Always seem to be hungry.

Don't think I could cut it back by 4
I'd collapse in a massive heap :eek:

Mines 19, but I go the gym 4 times a week. Im not sure on the acitivity points, but been informed its around 4 for an hour of vigarious exercise??
 
it depends on your weight becks.

heres the general equation

weight(lbs) X no of mins X 0.000232 (light)
" " 0.00033 (medium)
" " 0.00081 (vigorous)

light = still talk and sing
medium = can still sing and breaking a sweat
vigorous =panting, cant sing and sweating alot

I am exactly 14 stone :( so I'll try for 18 points but be a bit flexible if I'm struggling. My allowance at the moment (until I drop another lb) is 23 so not much point in dropping down to 22 points for kick start. 18 does seem a bit low though....!!
 
nah its easier than you think. i have a low pt curry recipe, calozone recipe etc etc make alot of soup!
