    hi all,

    just got back from wi and I've put on 2.5lbs :cry: gutted. my head's just not been in the right place this week. I did the race for life yesterday but it wasn't enough to rescue the week!

    think though your next week will be a good one...sometimes a dud week can be followed by a good week cos the good stuff that you did at the end of the dud week doesnt show up till the next week (is that understandable lol)

    dont give up....keep going you can do it!!

    Hi Heather, Chin up-its only one week, and you have done so well. Don't let it slip into another bad week!! (thats the kick!!) lol! For me when I go off track, its the planning that helps me and going back to basics. If poss write a menu plan for the week, use your sins (don't skip them just because you have had a bad week, otherwise you will be craving stuff). Good luck, you can do it!!
