just a place i can post my exercise per day like other girls/guys do here. i agree it will keep me motivated and more likely to stick to it if i post what im doing.



Yesterday's blog
20 mins taebo working out
5 mins dancing around like a idiot.

gym exercises for yesterday

Arm cycle = 10 mins
treadmill = 10 mins
rower = 5 mins
stepper/ski machine = 5 mins
crosstrainer = 8 mins

other stuff
2 mile walk

Total for the day= 63 minutes cardio & a 2 mile walk.

Goals for tomorrow?.
same as above but up the times and do 6 mins on rower and try ten mins on crosstrainer. & do 30 mins taebo & 15-20 mins dance workouts.
