Thanks everyone,I'm gona try really hard to not use any weeklies this week,got my uncles 50th birthday party on Friday night and need to save them all up for my vodkas and sourz! :).
 
I made celeriac chips yesterday and mixed them with a small potato so lots of veg in one and they were lovely with salt and pepper and a homemade dip
