Sunday 19th September (red)

B- 2 x weetabix (HEB) and milk

snack- alpen light (3 syns)

L- 2 x wholemeal (HEB) and lean bacon and poached egg

snack- alpen light ( 3 syns)

D- chicken & mushroom stirfry

cadburys little ones bar( 5 syns?)

Monday 20th Sep ( red)

Not looking forward to weigh in this morning. Feel sick thinking about it. Havent weighed since the week before i went on holiday ( 23rd Aug)

B- 2 x alpen bar(HEB) and banana ( on the go today)

snack- banana
twix fino( will find out the syns...whatever they are it was yummy) ( 9 syns)

L- lean bacon and egg on 2 x wholemeal (HEB)
Activia snack pot vanilla

snack- fresh pineapple

D- roast chicken salad

HES ( 350 ml skimmed to be used in coffee/tea)

Woooooohooooo

Only 1/2 lb on from when i got weighed before holiday. Thats one week in the South of France and 2 weeks of half heartedly sticking to SW. Big sigh of relief and back to it 100% for my xmas goal

Want to lose 1st 1/2 lb for xmas :)

2 boiled eggs

D- Pork loin chops and broccoli

1 chocolate finger biscuit( not cadburys) ( approx 2syns)

D- chicken/broccoli/red onion stir fried with light soy sauce.

D- pasta n sauce( milk from HEA and water no butter)

Saturday 25th Sep ( green)

B- 2 x wholemeal (HEB) baked beans and 'fried' egg

snack- banana

l- supernoodles

snack 2 x alpen light (HEB)

350ml skimmed in coffee/tea (HEA)

D- SW chips and quorn mince bolognese

choc awafer biscuit x 2 with milky decaff ( approx 12 syns for the 2)

Dinner will be homemade butternut squash and red pepper soup.

Thursday 30th Sep(Red)

Havent posted for a few days as have been mega busy but all within plan

B- 3 x weetabix ( HEB + 3syns) and milk(HEA)

snack- banana/ww ff yoghurt

L- 2 x wholemeal with roast chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber and 1 tsp extra light mayo( .5syns)

Snack- sf jelly( .5 syns)

Dinner 2 x pork chops all fat cut off
broccoli

snack 2 x alpen lights (6syns)
 
Monday 1st Nov (green)

B- porridge ( HEB) and 175mls skimmed milk( 1/2 HEA)

snack- Alpen light (1/2 HEB) and banana

L- Savoury rice and omelette with 21g cheese( 1/2 hEA)

D- SW chips, egg and mushy peas

snack- alpen light (1/2 HEB)

Feels good to be on 100% again now i can (almost) eat normally
 
Wednesday 3rd November

( Tuesday was the same almost as today )

B- 3 x weetabix ( 1 HEB + 3 syns) and 175mls skimmed milk (1/2HEA)

s- banana and 2 x alpen light ( 1 HEB)

L- savoury rice
sf jelly pot (,5 syns)

Choc digestive ( 4 syns)
vanilla muller
banana

D-baked spud, baked beans and 21g haf fat cheese ( 1/2 HEA)
 
Was doing well up until Sunday when i caught the sickness bug that is going around our area :-(

Just about on track today being able to stomach anything, but not had a full days meals.

Going to try a full SW day tomorrow..wish me luck....
