snack- ww ff yoghurt/banana/apple

Lunch- pasta in sauce

snack- mini muffin ( 4syns)
2 x alpen lights ( HEB)

D- baked potato with quorn bolognese sauce

strawberries/0%total and 1 tsp honey ( 1syn)
 
Wednesday 11 August ( green)

B- 2 x weetabix (HEB) and 175ml skimmed Milk (1/2 HEA)

snack- 2 x alpen light(HEB)/ww ff yoghurt/banana

L- savoury rice
sf jelly ( .5 syns)
apple

snack- someone brought naughty stuff into work so i had a teacake( about 4 syns) and a mini brownie ( about 2 syns)

D- quorn mince bolegnese and pasta
21g reduced fat cheese 1/2 HEA

packet of mcvities shorties ( 5.5syns)

Sunday 15th August (red)

yeah yeah i didnt do a diary for yesterday, i went off plan.Not awfully, but i had an awful headache and felt sickt o my stomach so just ate what i fancied. Didnt binge or anything...

nothing to eat until dinner as i feel awful again. Headachy and nauseaus

Tuesday 31st August

Back from my holidays in the South of France and i have to say i was quite good even if i do say so myself. Lots of salads and stuff,did have some non SW food but not in excess as it was too hot to eat. Weigh in should have been yesterday so i have nearly a week before my next one so i am aiming for a STS which i feel is really do-able..

Off to tescos to shop for the week and back on it tomorrow

Tut Tut i hang my head in shame as i have been off plan since i came back from holiday> Nothing overly bad i might add just not SW plan 100%
I dont feel like i have put that much on and as i have missed weigh in for two weeks :eek: i cant be sure but back on today @ 100%
Next goal is 1st off my weight before i went away for xmas when my sister visits from Oz and back to posting daily here my diary:)
