Hi All,
I am starting WW from today, i have previously done WW but always preferred SW, but my last attempt at SW resulted in much yo-yoing so i decided i have to 'shake things up' a bit and hope that WW will do that. Plus after weeks of preparing food it is so nice to just grab a microwave meal if i am running late in the morning!

I hope to lose as much weight as i can for 2 events - i am maid of honour at my best friends wedding in July 2012 and i am getting married in April 2013 and I refuse to be a 'fat' bride!

So i am going to track and i haven't joined a class but my sister has kindly given me her PP books so i may join a class in the near future but for now i am doing it alone!

Todays food is:

Monday 16 April

Breakfast:
28g Scotts Porrage Oats 3PP
less than 1/4 SS milk 2PP (i normaly use about 1.5pints over 5 days which is about 2 PP a day!
Banana 0PP

Lunch: WW from Heinz Chicken Hot Pot 7PP
Orange 0PP

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese (EL Mince 140g cooked) 6PP
made with Passata, onions, peppers, mushrooms & 2 oxo cubes 0PP
Served with 150g cooked pasta (white) 4PP
Salad with lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes 0PP
20g Cheese grated 2PP

Snacks: WW Fromage Frais - Raspberry
1PP
WW Fruit Crumble Biscuit 2PP


Total PP: 28/32 Dailies (hmmm need to eat more i guess! haha)
0/49 Weeklies

Drinks:
2-3ltr water/NAS Squash, 2 x diet coke

Exercise: had to cancel as OH's car died last night so we had to deal with that, sadly the car is sick....very sick....like new car needed sick :(

Tuesday 17 April

Made in to a casserole with frozen stew pack veg 0PP
mixed with Heinz Vegetable Soup 400g tin (i'll eat half) 2PP
Gravy granuels to thicken sauce 1PP
Served with mashed potato (240g) 4PP
Potato mashed with a little LF Spread (2tsp) 1PP
Served with Broccoli and runner beans 0PP

Snacks: 1PP
WW Fromage Frais - mixed berries
1PP

Total PP: 30/32 Dailies
0/49 Weeklies

Drinks:
1ltr water/NAS Squash, 2 x diet coke

Exercise: nothing i have a joyful task of writing a personal statement tonight for a job application.

Beef casserole, mashed potatoes and mixed veg. with a Mullerlight greek style fat free yogurt. (estimating points as my mum made and served up my dinner so probably more than it should have been, but i was having a seriously hungry day so i appreciated the food immensely!)

Hi Bulldogdaisy thanks for following :)

I didn't get my diary written on here but i did paper track on Thursday and Friday -

Thursday i used all my dailies and 5 weeklies (had a bowl of cereal before embarking on 2 classes at the gym and i am glad i did - cos boy they were bouncy classes!)
Friday i used all my dailies.

I'm afraid i failed a bit over the weekend as i went to my friends dad's birthday party - too much alcohol, too many shots and too much BBQ and partyfood! But i am back on it from today and hoping i can get rid of any gains quickly. It's my weigh day tomorrow but a sneaky step on scales this morning showed i have stayed the same from my last SW weigh in, so if i can STS i guess i'll be happy. Anyways....onwards and downwards as they say.

Monday 23 April

Mixed Veg 1pp (contains some peas but i will give most to OH)

1 apple 0PP


Total PP:
26/32 Dailies (so far........leaving me a few for a snack or something after dinner or before dinner as i'll be waiting until 7 for OH to get home from work before having dinner)
49/49 Weeklies Used (i think the weekend equalled more than just 49 but oh well!)

Drinks:
0.5ltr water/NAS Squash, diet coke

Exercise: nothing as i am off to meet a potential wedding photographer tonight.
 
You may well lose by tomorrow :0) sounds like you had a fun weekend so i'm sure it was worth it :0) Hope all goes well for you tonight.As to your food,you can't beat homemade Chips! Enjoy.
