I've tried the success diet shakes whilst I was out there to save packing all my CD stuff. They tasted ok, though the C&C is a lot sweeter than I expected ! They cost $17.33 for 7 sachets or 6 convenience shakes which was great for me with the exchange rate at the time. Cheaper than the UK ones
They are separate to CD though.
Basically Dr Howard created a new company in America.
If you buy Dr Howard's success diet shakes, you'll see they are the same but limited flavours as our CD ones. In fact they are made in Corby where the UK ones are.
The Immediate Rewards shakes on there are made in the US though and have lower calories and carbs. I'd be concerned SSing on them as three only adds up to 330kcals which seems a little too low to me
