hi every1

well i have lost 2 pounds after goin out for a chicken salad for my birthday. i have felt ill all week an was so close 2 givin up but glad i didnt.i cud have lost more than this if i hadnt gone out but im bk on track now. had a 100% day 2day an im hopin to lose 3 pounds this week to get into the 9's.
