Todays plan is red again as i feel i should stick with them 5/7 for time being!

Thursday 22nd April 2012 - RED

B - 2 x small brown bread, low low cheese spread (Scrape) and ham/chicken

Snack - apple and satsumas

L - home made chicken and veg soup and a coconut mullerlight

S - more fruit

D - chicken curry with mushrooms, onion, peppers, celery and hex b (230g baked potato with skin - assuming this can be used and cut to chips??) Mayflower curry sauce (2 syns)

Syns 2/15
Weekly - 2/105

Exercise - 1 hour power walking

I've found red soo easy to do when I get into. When I do EE, I still end up getting into red habits lol x
 
Im on an EE today as its easier when with the bf as he loves pasta.

Friday 23rd March - EE

B - 2 x small brown bread, low low cheese and ham then apple and satsumas

L - tuna pasta(1 syn mayo and 1 syn sweet chilli sauce 1 syn)with lots veg and mullerlight followed by apple

D - special fried rice ate half as didnt like 10.5 syns


Got to work early today to go buy fruit pots to take to bf's so i get my 1.3 superfree and bought him sweets was so hard not get myself any but i wanna do it this time :)

Tonight looks like marinis so 32.5 for fish supper! Its ok as aint drinking and saved some syns past few days continue with red and low syn week from tomorrow :)

I did really well on low carb a few years ago. On EE today but will plan for red mon, tues and weds.

Sunday 25th March 2012 - Red

B - ww bagel (8 syns) with 1 ww sausage (1/2 syn), bacon no fat, fried egg in fry light and mushrooms

D - sw chicken kebab with hex b pitta and salad and greek salad (1 syn for mayo for garlic mayo and in greek salad) also had chilli sauce also made sw scanbran carrot cake took a mouthfull but didnt like it at all!!

S - ff yoghurt and toast with hex b bread and hex a cheese with ham

Syns - 9.5
Weekly - 60.5 syns


Monday 26th March 2012 - RED

B - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea triangle and ham

S - exotic fruit salad

L - home made chicken and vegetable soup, mullerlight and fruit

D - beef casserole with roasted vegetables and hex b bread to dip

S - mullerlight frozen

L - home made chicken and vegetable soup and a cream egg cornetto (8.5 syns) they are AMAZING!!! So worth the syns!

D - chicken curry with lots veg and hex b wedges (2 syns for curry sauce and 1 syn for gravy granules to thicken)

Weekly - 71.5 Syns

Exercise - 2 hour power walking including hour walking two dogs and kettleball dvd (20 mins)

Had a semi bad weekend but had syns so not to worried as i allready knew i was going to be bad sunday!!

Friday 30th March 2012 - EE

Brunch - garlic mushrooms with hex b wholemeal roll, 2 steak burgers with hex a cheese and bacon (Was amazing)

Dinner - tuna pasta (1 syn mayo) with lots of peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn, onion, spring onion and celery

Has some more tuna pasta for supper

Drinks - diet juice and water

Saturday 31st March 2012 - EE

Brunch - 2 x brown bread, dairlea triangle with bacon and a ww sausage (0.5 syns)

Dinner - Chicken with rice and home made sauce with peppers, mushrooms, onion, celery, courgette

Drinks - was out at a charity event had 12 vodka diet coke (30 syns)

Sunday 1st April 2012 - RED

Brunch out for lunch with bf had tomato broth didnt eat the bread (say 15 syns??), then had a burger with chips opps but hardly ate it as felt full from soup lol so i guessing (25 syns)

Dinner - Taco x 2 (6 syns) with greek salad (1 syn mayo)

Supper - 2 wholemeal rolls with hex a cheese and meat

Syns - 47

Monday 2nd April - RED

Been bad again cant seem to shake this badness iv resorted to the fact im gaining this week argh but will lose next week
