Just checked my book and mushrooms are both a Superfree and speed food :D

Thursday - green day (just for a change)

Breakfast - 1 hifibar (HEB)

1 banana

Lunch is a mixed pasta salad

1 apple
salt and vinager snack a jacks (6 syns)
2 x alpen lights (HEB)

Tea = 3 quorn sausages, SW chips, onion gravy (2 syns), low fat mayo (3-4 syns?)
followed by two packets of mini cadburys fingers (guessing about 10 syns)

Friday green day

Just found out why I scoffed two packets of chocolate last night - it's TOTM, can't believe it I haven't had TOTM for about 2 years. Maybe the weight loss (hey it's only 4 lbs but it's a loss) has spurred it on? who knows.

Anyway - breakfast - eggy bread (HEB) and little bit of brown sauce (2 syns)

Argggh just had a vanilla slice (a whopping 18.5 syns) very nice I must admit though!

Lunch is a mug shot (chicken flavour)

Ok, so I went away to visit a friend this weekend and went off the rails a little! So back on track now:

Monday - green day:
Breakfast: fried egg with 1 slice of nimble wholemeal bread (HEB) with bit of ketchup (2 syns)

Snack - 2 alpen light bars (HEB)

Lunch is 2 mug shots with 1 slice of Nimble bread (HEB)
I had 3 cheddar crackers (1 syn each)
