Knew i shouldnt have sneaked a peak on scales :(

Haha yeah better once a week than every day... Just calorie counting and Xenical I use my fitness planner well I have for 3 days. I wondered about sw or we but not sure about either .. Do you follow either? X

im the same as you lisa im calorie counting and using myfitness pal along side my xenical. i used to do weight watchers along side it but i find just doing what im doing now is easier and i find it easier to stick to xx
 
I went home for lunch today and sneaked a peek at the scales- and it hadn't moved and I thought I had had 2 very good days, but I'm not exercising at the moment due to having a cold :(


it doesnt mean you havent lost any weight tho. just takes a few days to appear on the scales and for you to lose it x
