I re-started SW 19/2/09 and have since gained weight(very much my own fault). Since i got weighed last wed(18/3) i put on 6 pounds that totally shocked me. Def gonna stick and record proress,feel free to kick ma a**e and tell me how stupid i am lol :p

My target is 1.5ib to 2lb per weigh in!

want it really bad, made baked bean lasagne for tea followed by homemade rice pudding(how posh):giggle:My target is 1.5ib to 2lb per weigh in!

1.5-2lb is realistic but try thinking monthly. There is a woman at our class lost 4lb first week then stayed same for 3 weeks, then lost 4.5!!! that is 8.5 over 5weeks so very good but boy was she getting peeved off following it and staying same!
