Kylie's diary!! Need to lose the last bit and get to goal!!

    CD
    I have done 8 weeks of CD and have lost over 2 stone!! This is my diary to get rid of the last bit and get to goal!! Not sure what my official weight is as I am going to continue having a Thursday weigh in!!

    I am now calorie counting and gyming it!! done 2 hours in the gym this morning and even ran on the treadmill - first time ever!!

    I feel that keeping this diary will keep me on the straight and narrow as I did 8 weeks of 100% SS on cambridge so I no I can do it!!

    Here's to being at goal!!

    Just weighed myself and I weigh 10 stone 2lbs which is a loss of 1lb despite coming off CD!! yay!! xxx
