This is a tad embarassing but well, I don't know where else or who else to ask lol
My time of the month has never been 'regular' - I've never been able to predict the exact day it will start, there has always been a few days either side of the date it 'should' arrive.
But since starting SW 6 weeks ago I haven't had one! I'm definitely not pregnant and for me to go quite this long without one is totally unprecedented. Is this just my body getting used to the new food/exercise?
If anything I'd have thought proper food and exercise would have made me more regular!
