Last chance workout

    3st9.5lb(16.69%)
    Diet:
    Slimming World
    It's weigh in day for me tomorrow, and I've just been to the gym.
    If you're familiar with The biggest loser, you will have heard of last chance workout, where you workout the day before weigh in to maximise weight loss, however, my personal trainer said the loss is in the recovery, so should you not have a rest day of exercise before weigh in day?
    What are your thoughts? Xx
