Last day of Attack!

    I am on the last Attack day and have lost 6lbs:D
    I am really chuffed, didn't think it would be possible after eating lots of chicken and fillet steak!

    I am so looking forward to some of the veggies tomorrow, am I right in thinking I need to stick to 1/3 veg and 2/3 protein, because this wasn't the impression I got from the book?

    How tall are you Neraksabab? We advise sticking to that sort of a ratio but you're right that it's not in the book.

    Hi Maintainer, I am 5'4".

    Also as tomorrow is the first day of my cruise phase, can I go straight for the veg!
