Had my weigh in on Saturday morning and lost 2.5lbs so very happy with that. However.... decided not to count points on Saturday night or all day yesterday so just going to draw a line under it and start again today. Had an ace weekend so it was totally worth it! Had a sneaky weigh in today so lets just hope a lot of it is bloatedness and will fall off over the course of the next few days lol. x

Weigh in day today and lost 0.25lb! Would normally be disappointed at such a small loss but considering I had a day of eating 22.5 points and two days of going absolutely crazy on food and drink (would hate to even imagine how many points I ate), I am very happy with the result!! Having a treat night tonight with pizza and wine but going to try and not go too far over my points, should be able to make up for the extra points over the course of the week though.

Had an absolutely massive blow out last night, counted up my points and they came to the grand total of 65!!!! Had a great night though so was worth it. Line drawn under it yet again and back on the wagon today lol.
 
Big fat line drawn under Sunday too, definately back on the wagon as of today. No drinking for the next couple of weekends so that should sort out my binging problem!

Have had such a terrible two days, totally fallen off the ww wagon and now feeling so angry and upset with myself. Had my weigh in this morning anyway and I have put on 2.25lb (surprised it wasn't more actually!). Not sure what triggers my binging off but to say I am MAD with myself is an understatement. Going to yet again start again today. Just feel like I am continuously going round in circles and not getting anywhere grrrrr. Right, enough ramblings and off to make some 0 point soup.
 
thats ok i've been like that for the past week or so, i put on 2.5lbs and you just gotta kick yourself up the bum and picture in your head why you want to be your goal weight..... i always picture my holiday photos...

Ah thanks WMBB. Everytime I fall off the wagon its getting to be bigger and bigger binges, I really need to sort out my food problem as it is some sort of problem I have I think. Anyway, yet again as of today I am promising not to do it again lol. Got my holiday coming up at the end of May so really need to focus on that to keep me on track. My son goes back to school on Monday too so at least I will be able to get back to the gym!

Same my binges have become huge like ridiculously so. my holiday is the start of june so we've got pretty much the same time constraint. I want to be 8st 4lb by then so if you wanna help each other out with the binging, we could support each other and stuff?
