    I have decided to make a food diary as to be honest I am a classic binger and I am finding it so hard to break the cycle. I tend to manage a few days sticking to my points then I 'reward' myself by having some sort of treat which then sends me on an eating binge for days. I end up feeling so disgusted with myself afterwards. As a result of my eating habits, I tend to loose a few pounds then put them straight back on again.

    I am going on holiday with my hubby (who is extremely supportive and follows whatever meals I make for myself :)) and our 3 year old son at the end of May so would really love to achieve my target by the middle of May so that I can go out and buy lots of lovely new clothes! I would also love to feel confident when I wear a bikini!

    My height is 5ft 1 and having weighed myself this morning I am currently 8st 11. Ideally I would like to get to 8st 2 as this is the weight I was when I fell pregnant and when I have felt the happiest within myself. I have worked out that I have 9 weeks from today to get to goal on 15 May so a pound a week seems like an achieveable target (here's hoping anyway!). Saturday will be weigh in day for me.

    Going to start a food diary from today so please feel free to post a comment or any advice you may have.

    Only managed to loose 0.5lb this week which I am disappointed at. However it is my TOTM so hoping that has had something to do with having a small loss as I had a sneaky mid week weigh in and I had lost 2lb. Hopefully I will have a slightly bigger loss next week to compensate.

    Its the first time in a long time that I have managed to last a whole week without falling off the rails so feeling very happy with myself. However, having looked back at my diary I feel I am eating too many treats and snacks therefore going to try and cut back this week.

    Although I ate more than 18 points some days, I managed to cut back on others to balance it out and only ended up 2 points over for the whole week but my activity points will have covered this. Going to try and stick to 16 points each day this week though as I have a night out planned for next Saturday so need to save some points.

    Ah thanks about curly wurly (off to sob in the corner though lol).

    Cheese toastie is 2 slices ww bread and a low cal cheese slice, tastes nice with some onion in it too althoug nowhere near as nice as a PROPER full fat toastie lol x

    Maybe thats why I thought it was 2 then. Mine is out of a mult pack, however, just checked the NI and it says 2.5 now so maybe it has changed??? x
