Same my binges have become huge like ridiculously so. my holiday is the start of june so we've got pretty much the same time constraint. I want to be 8st 4lb by then so if you wanna help each other out with the binging, we could support each other and stuff?

Sounds like a good plan! I am hoping to be 8st 2 so pretty much the same weight loss and target to go! Today is a new day! x

Hello ive just had a nose at your thread and you also only a bit to loose3 i have 5 lbs now starting ww today again.!

Im on 18 points too your menus look great do you loose weight every week? or sts alot?

Hi, yeah I loose every week when I stick to it 100%, unfortunately when I go out drinking at the weekend it sends me off the rails for a day or two which means I put on a few pounds then the following week loose it again, hence go round in circles lol. Trying to be good at the moment as really want to get to target weight so no drinking for me this weekend or next lol x

Hi, just having a wee nosy at your diary. I am starting on Monday and have 19 points so just looking for some inspiration. Could you please tell me how you make your tortilla pizza? Also what lasagne do you have that is 4 points? Thanks!
 
Hi

I just use a ww tortilla wrap (1.5pts), I make a tomato based sauce using passatta, clove garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, seasoning, chilli flakes, I usually do a chicken and sweetcorn or ham and onion topping so point accordingly. I then top with Healthy Living cheddar cheese (1pt).

Lasagne is a recipe I made up myself, tastes delicious and I usually make it in a 2lb loaf tin which is big enough to make two portions:

150g HL Mince (3.5)
1 Onion
1 Pepper
1 Chilli
1 Clove garlic crushed
150ml beef stock
150ml passatta
Seasoning
2tbsp Tomato Puree
60g WW Creme Fraiche (1)
2 Sheets Lasagne (2)
30g Grated Cheese (1.5)

Brown mince, add onion, pepper, chili, garlic, seasoning until and fry till soft, add passatta, beef stock, tomato puree and creme fraiche and cook for 5 mins till all blended together. Layer in loaf tin and top with cheese. Pop in oven till cooked through and cheese is melted.

Weigh in day today and I have lost 3lbs so very happy with that considering my disaster of a start to the week. I ate under my points since Monday, sometimes eating far too little but I was trying to make up for my mega mega binging last weekend. Feeling very positive today and I am really starting to see a change in my body, my stomach is even starting to resemble my pre-baby belly, kind of, if I squint my eye! This weekend might be a bit of a challenge as I am due on and that normally means I feel the need to have a binge. Also, its the weekend which is enough of a reason to make me want to binge too but I'm really feeling focussed just now so hopefully that will continue for the week ahead. One of the highlights of the past few days was discovering Eat Smart Ice Cream (I LOVE ice cream!), it tastes delicious and is sooo low in points so hopefully that will be enough to fill any mega cravings I have over the next few days - thanks Cupcake for that one!

Hmmmm had a bad day yesterday. Took my son out for dinner and 'thought' I was being good by ordering a childs portion of fish and chips. Afterwards I treated myself to a dessert. Well.... when I got home, I looked at their website (Brewers Fayre) for NI and the fish and chips was 15 points (adult portion was 30!!!) and Sticky Toffee Pud was 16!!! That made me want to cry! Well you would think that I would just try to be good for the rest of the day but no! As I was so hacked off about the meal out, I thought sod it and continued on to a binge so writing yesterday off. Never mind, new day new start (again!) x
