Latte - wise words again from Lou. It took me over 5 years of slow plodding. Patience is a virtue - it just doesn't bleddy feel like it at the time.

Well as I said on the slow losers thread I gained the 0.5lb I had lost last week

No idea why no meals out no sneaky drinks no going over syns

Here is the week in full as I forgot to update daily since I was logging my food diary for the consultant

She was off so no feedback on my last sheets and the stand in didnt have a clue

If you have any thoughts or advice it would be much appreciated as 8lbs since last July is staggering

Wednesday 28th March

hiya, thought I'd drop by.

IMO theres too much superfree and not enough just free food, I know that sounds wrong but I found that if I don't eat enough free then it doesn't work.

Can I ask how much fluids you drink and what you drink?

You are doing so well by sticking with it, I know its disheartening (I had 4 months where I never budged a bit) but you are maintaining a weight rather than putting weight on which is a positive.

I tried calorie counting for the first time recently and was surprised to find how easy it is using my fitness pal you just search and it has all the values for you. Might be worth having your normal sw food but checking for a few days to see how many calories you are having as having too few is as bad as having too many as far as weight loss goes as your body goes into starvation mode so you don't lose anything. Can get app if you have a fancy phone or just use the website, maybe worth a try if you think that might be where you are going wrong? X
 
good idea icklerockchick, I did that a few times and was surprised that every day without trying my calorie count was about 1500.

This is what the stand in consultant thought but I dont know how to change it.

Like I said on the other thread I drink 2.5 litres a day if not more which include a litre of water plus another litre of no added sugar squash maybe a glass of diet coke and a coffee so plenty of fluid intake.
I have just started to calorie count again as well but it says I need about 1250 for a 1lb a week weight loss which is difficult to keep to
