Hiya chica, back from holibobs. Bummer about the gain but food since is looking good so fingers crossed that the scales will be nice to you this week.

I take my syns from my WI day - so I weigh on a Monday so syns go Mon-Sun. But it's totally up to you which you do.

Saturday green

B melon and grapes

L out at john lewis cafe omlette with mushrooms and cheese hex a shared potato wedges 5 syns put on 1lb no idea why I am once again really upset.

Added up my syns Tuesday to Monday so weigh in day till yesterday and 80 syns.

1 meal out which was cheese and mushroom omlette and we shared wedges so surely it can't be that.

I have done my usual gym stuff as well so nothing unusual.

Any ideas ? to SW online

Lou I am at the hospital so very quickly that omlette is a homemade one totally free.

This is the syned one they said it was only eggs nothing added to it and I hexed the cheese as it wad only a handful I watched him make it.

According to syns on line wetherspoon and pizza hut wedges are 10 syns and we shared so 5 syns

Everything else was completely home made and a few were SW recipes. I weigh out all cheese and only use low fat so you get 45g as a hex

Latte - what is the pickle that you have on your salad? Is it pickled cucumber? It looks yummy.

Chica - it doesn't look as though you're eating enough free protein on EE - that could be why - although I don't know how filling the gefilte fish balls are. But you have to take this as syns.

You're veggie aren't you? Or will you eat fish?
 
I do eat fish but not a lot. I was more hungry during the day as I like to snack and graze which I think is easier to do on red and green.
The veg soup in had loads of non red veg like potato lentils etc and the fish would be too many syns on green hence extra easy.

I only do we once a week maybe twice if I fancy a tuna jacket potato or cous cous with fish . Realised I could have had a mugshot in the afternoon instead of reaching for snacks.

The good news is I didn't feel the need to eat anything after my dinner so I stayed on track
 
Also had another thought yesterday I didn't need to eat in the afternoon I was bored in the office and snacking. If I had eaten the jacket potato salad and beans out for lunch then eg wandered around town all afternoon I know I wouldn't have been hungry as it was really filling.
I think it was just greed and I need to address eating just for the sake of it.

I know I eat more in the office then I do at home.
