Starting WW today at 1245 and i cant wait. My downfall will be my latte in the mornings. How many points is the large latte, i dont know how much ML it is but its the next one up to the small one. 560 ml i would imagine. i could be wrong

I always have a medium skinny caramel latte from Costa which is 4pp. Having looked on eSource most skinny lattes are between 3-6pp depending on size.
