My Tesco voucher arrived this morning, the one you get when you buy car insurance from them...i've been waiting for ages for it going to pop there now to spend my £50 .... lucky me yeahhh!!

it's in the recipe section Claire, its like a scan bran but with a broken curly wurly chopped up in it, haven't had it yet so will let ya know what i think of it

well i must say curly wurly cake is fab.... umm i cut it up and inside there was all melted caramel and sticky chocolate from the curly wurly im going to eat it all tonight as i've allowed for it but i reckon you could have it over 2 days yummy

My consultant says that the only Special K you can have as a HEb is 28g of Sustain as that has the added fibre. I had that this morning and was starving an hour later - think I got it wrong somehow! will have something different tomorrow!
 
What brand of onion relish are you eating Laura? I love the stuff and it must be good as it always features in your food diary! :) Lol.
