Umm were at a birthday BBQ so today hasn't been great :-/ Here goes, I'm goimg to have to guesstimate some of it really...I did have some points left from through the week though!

Actually not as bad as I thought it might be...! Damage limitation at dinner time, wasn't that hungry after eating all that this afternoon anyway so just had some homemade veg soup! Still under my points, I love breastfeeding, haha! :) xx

Chicken breast 125g (2), low low cheese 30g (2.5) ham (0.5) BBQ sauce (0), new potatoes 150g (1.5) roasted courgette, peppers, cherry tomatoes (0)

I did the chicken breast stuffed with the cheese, wrapped in the ham, griddled and then finished off in oven, topped with BBQ sauce - was delicious and so filling!

So weigh in day is tomorrow, really hoping it's a decent loss this week! I'd be ecstatic at 3lbs as that would bring me to under 13 stone, it's a psychological thing isn't it, seeing those scales go down another stone bracket! Course it will mean a drop of a point though too, but then I'll be on 20, but still with my extra 5 for breastfeeding (don't always use them all, but good to have as a buffer for any treats - it does make me more hungry so makes sense I guess!)

We'll see anyway, onto to today's menu!

Hmmm ended up out for dinner tonight, I had gammon steak and a few chips and salad....was one of the better choices on the menu, everything else seemed to be creamy or cheesy things! Was aon 8oz gammon steak so pointed at 8, and chips at 4 I reckon as I didn't eat too many. Takes me tomyfull points today though, but I do have some leftover from during the week so if I really want I'll have a wee something later on.

I saved some points yesterday because we are going to a BBQ today and there will be goodies there! I made cupcakes to take, and malteser tray bake - I was good though, normally would have had to sample a bit, but last night I just tasted a wee tiny bit (quality control :p) then put it away in a box to take today! So in total in theory I could have and extra 7.5 points today on top of my normal max of 25 (don't normally use that many though) - I don't think I will need that many, but will be having a wee glass of wine or two aswell which all counts to the points of course!

So onto today...

Ummmm loads! BBQ food, wine, cheesecake - oooops. I knew it would be a bit of a special occasion thing though, so shall accept less loss on the scales for it next week! Not even going to attempt to try and point it but safe to say I used up all my points and prob went over by a few too! Going to try and do some extra exercise this week to make up for it, but we'll see!

We were out and about at lunchtime today (at a museum) hence Subway for lunch, was sooo yummy though! Went swimming tonight for the first time in a while (well without the kids, to actually swim) Enjoyed it. Watching a film tonight so had a few snacky things for that and used all my points. :)

Ugh. Saturday wasn't a good day - weigh in and I had STS again! Argh! Had felt really bloated though too so not sure what's going on with my body atm! :sigh:

Then had a really crap day with my DS and his behaviour and nonsense at bedtime, plus we were at (another!) birthday party during the day and I ate a cake etc - argh! I have no will power at these type of things. I'm fine when just in the house.

So anyway I am not even going to list and point stuff from yesterday, just draw a line under it and move on. It will prob do damage on next weeks weigh in though too but it's my own fault...

I'm also thinking of just sticking to my 20 points a day rigidly this week, not using my 5 extra ones and see how I get on....hmmmm. :confused:
