Thanks - but i have been TS so it doesn't seem like much given the fact that i am on 600 cals a day!!Especially when the previous week I had 2 days off and still lost 2 llbs! Sorry rant over!!! I'm just impatient!

Anyway...I finally got psyllium husk, that Ali recommended... hopefully it will help me deal with the bloated feeling I seem to have. Have you tried this?

Hi Ali, I'm ok thanks - just really really busy. I need some chill time - 11 more sleeps til holidays!

How are things with you? Are you managing to stay focused. I have been good, and have been taking my psyllium husk - but still feel bloated!!! Arghhhh!

Hiya - I forgot to post my weigh in yesterday - Only 1.5 llbs off for me :-(

Bit disappointed as I have been so good! Think I am going to go WS from Saturday so that i am eating again before holiday!!

Well done on getting another step closer to goal :D Really happy you :party0011: They say it gets a tad bit harder to lose the last few pounds but you are gonna get there, you are sooooo close. Keep the spirit up dear xxxx:hug99:

Haven't had much time lately to be on here, everything just seems so hectic at the moment! I went WS from Saturday, I need to re-feed before I go on holiday this weekend. Hopefully I will still have a small loss tomorrow at WI - I have resigned myself to the fact that I am not going to hit 10 stone by Saturday - I can cope with that - considering I have lost over 4 stone since March! I am really looking forward to getting away from it all for a couple of weeks. I am all shopped out with new clothes and have to say that I feel better than ever!

Hope everyone is doing good. I am going to try and catch up with some diaries. Good Luck to my fellow Tuesday Club Buddies for WI tomorrow!

Thanks Ali. Not really, I had very little carbs - I think i need to avoid them! I stuck mainly to salads, home made soup (without bread). I did have a few crackers and cheese on Saturday though! I also had one glass of wine and felt pissed!! I'm now a cheap date - don't eat much and can't drink much!! :)

How are you? I haven't been on much as I have been snowed under at work. Are you on nights?

Last set of nights for a few weeks :) I finish Saturday morning. I'll have to wait until payday then I'll join WW online and go to a few classes when I can that way I don't have to pay every week even if I can't go. I think it works out cheaper that way too.
I've already downloaded the app. The new points system is quite different and your allowed more points! I'll be keeping carbs to a minimum as I know that's how I pile on the pounds. When are you off on your holibobs?
 
This is such an inspiring thread laura you have do fantasticly well. It's day one for me I hope I can do as well as u, how did u keep ur motivation so well? The only thing that scares me about this diet is not being able to eat carbs afterwards. Do u hv a plan for now you are nearly at ur goal to maintain? X
