Yesss there's a little pattern and its usually just water/food weight! Second day back on, feel so much better for it. Yeah I love exercising, haven't done anything for a week! But shall be back tomorrow.
Ohhh you'll get there by the summer though don't worry!! And you'll feel amazing! :)
Know what you mean, I shall start one.
I hope you enjoyed your choccy though, sometimes it's just something a female cannot resist! :p

Heyy, dont worry, ive had a couple of choco binges too .... just means were normal .... dont feel guilty, just remember tomorrow is a new day and you can start afresh ;)
 
Right so in my general choco fest last night i had....

A cadbury fudge (6 syns)
A curlywurly (6 syns)
2 slices of healthy choice lemon drizzle cake (7 syns)
2 big chocolate snack a jacks (6 syns)

I think thats it! Well lookin at it now it doesnt look like tooo much hahaha, well compared to what i used to have!! But still :( so so naughty and today is a new day!
Going to try and keep it a relatively low syn one ;) xxx

Laura thats nothing in comparison to someone whos not on a diet ... Just think you chose a curly wurly n fudge that has like 220 cals? ... Wen it could have easily been a mars n a snickers with 500 cals ... It shows your on track even with a binge ....... Dont feel bad xxxxxxx

Finally did a bit of exersize today! 30 mins of running on the treadmill :) i wont get any done this weekend or much next week but it's a start!

B- strawberries and mullerlight

L- chocolate philly (4.5 syns) on toast (hexb) with banana

D- Chinese feast! Chinese chicken curry, stirfried veggies and egg fried rice

P- jelly and mullerlight trifle (same as yest)

Snacks- melon, diet coke, tea using hexa

Today has just been one big fat oooooops food wise :( did a 6.30- 5.30 shift at work and then went out for drinks for friends birthdays. Had such a terrible day and i honestly needed the wine!!!

B- strawberries and apple, banana, small sausage roll (5ish syns)

L- ham sarnie (hexb) some pretzels (4ish syns) mullerlight

D- chicken, sweet potato, salad

Half a bottle of rose (13 syns) and a very small bowl of chicken chow mein and egg fried rice, i'm guessing around 8 syns, milky way bar (5 syns)
 
It's so hard sometimes when you've had a long/bad day at work! I was feeling the same last night and overdid it with some chocolate! I hope you had a good time and aren't punishing yourself too much, we all have days when we need to have a little blow out - just make sure you get straight back on it in the morning! :)

Hope you are not too down about yesterday, it's not like you went crazy crazy with your syns and we all deserve a treat sometimes! Looking back ove your diary you haven't really had much alcohol, so I'm sure it won't have hurt too much.

Sunday was really not worth the syns! And yesterday i felt sooooo fat and horrible :( bloody hell

Sundays food

B- banana, apple, mullerlight and melon

L- 2 x alpen lights (hexb) banana, 1 chicken and sweetcorn fritter

D- baked haddock, roasted sweet potato and butternut squash, boiled potatoes and a bif salad with cheese (hexa) light mayo (2 syns)

Pud- jelly and mullerlight trifle with banana and strawberries

Todays food- going for a green day!

B- bitesize shredded wheat, (hexb) milk, (hexa) strawberries and banana

L- roasted vegetable cous cous and a toffee mullerlight

D- spaghetti and homemade meatballs,(hexb) and cheeeese (hexa) :)

Snacks- will probs munch on another banana, an apple, mayybe another jelly trifle later! And a couple of hot chocs to curb my choc craves! (4 syns) but we shall see :)

Uh ohhhh! It's my uncle steves 50th birthday tomorrow, and he's decided to go out for a curry at my FAV curry house in the world! The chicken fried rice/ butter chicken/ chicken korma combo is amaze :(

Instead i'm gonna have to go for boiled rice and maybe a tomato based curry like rogan josh? It's gonna be sooo hard to resist the naan bread and poppadoms though!

Go for chicken dansak .. Quite a sweet curry with lentils n sweetcorn in it ..... Its my fave curry now! And Only 6.5 syns .. Poppadoms are only 4 syns too .. xxxxxxx

Curry is the hardest thing to stay away from!! I always cave and just end up getting a makhani, even though its probably the worst one for you (it has cheese AND cream in it!) so good on you for wanting to go with the healthy option. Make sure you enjoy yourself as well though!

Had a very very strange few days off plan...

Tuesday- my time of the month started and its aaaallllways hard for me, food wise, to be good. I stayed on plan but had around 25 syns worth of chocolate :( not good, but i knew it would happen!

Wednesday- had a difficult day writing a hard assignment, had coffee and fruit for breakfast but then OH came home and bought me back a ham and coleslaw baguette from greggs to cheer me up! Eeeeeek!
Then for dinner we went out for a curry for my uncles 50th :) i quite suprised myself aswell! Had NO alcohol (!!!) and had 2 poppadoms with mango chutney, chicken tikka rogan josh and half a portion of egg fried rice, i didn't finish it all either, which is well unlike me!!!
Resisted birthday cake but when i got in i ended up eating a malteaser bunny at about 2 in the morning cus OH and me were up talking forever and i got peckish!

Thursday- god what a day! Had banana and mullerlight for brekky and then decided to strip my hair colour... Years and years of dying it red had made the ends really dark and the roots super red. I'm naturally bright bright ginger, so the plan was to use some colour fix from boots to strip it all out, leave it a few days and then dye it red again:) Well i stripped it, dried it and absolutely HATED it!!! I looked sooooo different and weird! Its a really nice colour, it just did not suit me at all!! Heres a pic!

So anyway, i had to dye it straight away cus there was no way i was letting anyone see me with this hair. Put my normal colour back on and it went so so dark, darker then it's ever been hahaha! So the whole process took about 4 hours and i ended up in a worse situation then when i started! Wicked!
Food wise i'd eaten nothing, just lotsa coffee. So i then had a piece of toast to tide me over till dinner.
Then i got a migraine- used to have them quite severely a couple of years ago and they were so bad it would make me throw up, a lot! Only had it a few times since then, but this was one of those times :( between 6 and 9 i was lying in the bathroom with a pillow and the toilet bowl!!! Threw up all the curry from the night before (how it hadn't digested by then i'll never know), so much coffee and water came up, my god it was horrendous! Plus the pain! Oh the pain... I thought my right eye was gonna explode. As soon as the pain went i was fine :) had a piece of toast and a cuppa before bed and had a great sleep :)

Friday- had a very unhealthy day today :( all i've eaten is 2 bananas an 3 chicken samosas! I've just been so busy with prep for uni/work/nans 80th/mothers day!

Anyway, after that mahoooosive essay, i would like to announce i shall be back on the wagon tomorrow :)

Well, it sounds like you've had a very exciting week! I know how you feel about the migraines... before I went on the pill I used to get really bad migraines most months at my TOTM, sometimes to the point of throwing up - not pleasant! The migraine is bad enough without having to throw your guts up.
