My food diary
I thought I would start a food diary as I've been struggling the last few weeks any input is appreciated.
Breakfast = skipped proper breakfast but had a banana
Lunch = homemade chilli con carne with quorn mince peppers onion tomato puree chili powder sweetcorn white rice *free*
Snack = hartleys sugar free jelly *free* kingsmill muffin 8 syns
Dinner = 2 slices of wholemeal bread = healthy extra griddles chicken with fry light with light mayo *syn* sw chips free broccoli
Snack = skips *4 syns*
Not sure sugar free jelly is free?? Think it needs to be synned but it's only really low. like half a syn or a syn. xx
