    I thought I would start a food diary as I've been struggling the last few weeks any input is appreciated.

    Breakfast = skipped proper breakfast but had a banana
    Lunch = homemade chilli con carne with quorn mince peppers onion tomato puree chili powder sweetcorn white rice *free*
    Snack = hartleys sugar free jelly *free* kingsmill muffin 8 syns
    Dinner = 2 slices of wholemeal bread = healthy extra griddles chicken with fry light with light mayo *syn* sw chips free broccoli
    Snack = skips *4 syns*

    Thirteen syns

    Not sure sugar free jelly is free?? Think it needs to be synned but it's only really low. like half a syn or a syn. xx

    Breakfast muller light strawberry free banana super free
    Snack walkers french fries 4 syns
    Lunch pasta n sauce free with semi skimmed milk hea
    Dinner griddled chicken with fry light free 2 slices ww bread heb sw chips free beetroot free onion free
    Weight watchers chocolate pudding dessert 9 syns

    Thirteen syns

    Yesterday's (Tuesdays food diary)

    Breakfast didn't have any as was in a rush
    Lunch leftover quorn chilli with onions peppers tomatoes with white rice all free n superfree
    Snack Cadbury fudge 5.5 syns
    Dinner sw chips free grilled chicken breast free lettuce onion super free 2 x ww bread heb lighter then light mayo 1.5 syns
    Snack satsuma 2 hifi light rocky road bars 6 syns.

    Total 13 syns.

    breakfast muller light strawberry free apple superfree
    lunch 2 boiled eggs free 1 slice nimble bread heb
    snack satsuma superfree
    dinner mcdonalds!! 6 chicken nuggets fries diet coke 20.5 syns
