Hey Guys,
i'm Laura, and I started PP today
I was always a 'slimming world' only kinda gal, as much as i 100% swear it works, with my busy schedule and 4 hr round trip commute to uni most days I fell off the wagon too many times! I just didnt have time to do all the cooking and prep it involved...
Well thats the past, this is 2012 and a new leaf for me
I weighed in at class today at a whopping 14 st 3..
That is hideous LOL! Before uni I was 10.7 st? maybe ? crazy crazy crazy :break_diet: ... That means 32 pp a day
I have decided to do a diary for a written record alongside my iphone app and also so other people can see that i am on the right lines
So heres today's menu : 2.1.2012
Breakfast: None as had to go to meeting then shopping etc
Lunch:
Sainsburies smart price Pitta (3)
2 Laughing cow light triangles (1)
Vanilla and chocolate sprinkle mullar light (2)
Wotsits (3)
Dinner:
Homemade Chicken chow mein
Amoy straight to wok noodles (5)
100g Chicken breast steamed (3)
Stir fry mix (0)
Amoy chow mein stir fry sauce (2)
Snacks
Apple
banana
Grilled Sausage (4)
WW chocolate wafer (2)
bowl of shreddies (4)
1/3pint of milk (2)
that leaves me 31/32
Is that okay? I dont even feel like i'm on a diet, like the fact I can eat what I want LOL
