Trying to figure out what I should be eating on the primal blueprint. Mfp tells me I've been over calories and over fat the last two days, but carbs were between 50 and 100(I'm doing it got weightloss as well as health). Do I need to go to a body fat scales to get the % to find out what my lean mass is? Then I can work out how much protein I should be eating.

Prob really obvious qs but it's kinda confusing!
 
Keeping carbs between 50-100 is the weight loss Zone as per the books and if the pie chart in mfp for your daily figure is more fat than carbs your prob going the right way.. Your carb amount should be the smallest of the 3.
