lean deli ham HELP!!

this may have been asked 100 times but I'm so confused I know lean cooked meat is free however I have some lean deli ham in the cupboard (its princes) and im just not convinced... as some tinned ham is syn'd on the SW site. HELP!!! xxx

If you've got access to the sw site type the name and brand into the syns online directory, it should have that particular brand listed
