Well done x I've been good all week but scales showing a pound gain. Did this last week so I've hid scales so I don't keep going on them x I'm not sabotaging the diet but I'm wanting to and I'm stressing myself out

I have scales at home & I used to be on them daily but I have stopped that now. Weigh at the weekends & maybe once mid week just to keep an eye on it.
