I'm new to the forum, so I'd just like to say hi to you all first of all. :family2:
I'm 27 and have been a member of SW twice in the past 4 years. This time I'm following the Extra Easy plan at home and since 18 July I've lost 5.2lb!!!
I'll be keeping a record of how I do and any help, advice, recipe ideas or encouragement will be very welcome.
