Right, I have decided to do a cycling challenge to get myself motivated! I need to lose these last couple of pounds! Anyone is welcome to join me. We can all set our own goals and spur each other on. Actually, it need not be limited to cycling, it could be jogging etc...anything and our goal can be whatever works best with you (time, distance, calories etc). If you want to join please post your name, your goal for week 1 and your method of exercise. We will go from Monday to Monday.
