I have been busy again today - I have a curry to work off lol! I can't believe I have worked off so many calories this week already! How amazing :D

and another 30 minutes....I have smashed my target lol. There is no way I can keep this up though ;) I can't believe that I have burned over 3000 calories this week. 3000 calories that are normally spent on the sofa! It has meant I have had the odd treat but I think I can allow that ;)

Hayley - it goes on weight, time and intensity. I can work it out for you if you let me know all 3 of the above? I am not so good with activity points to be honest but I have the calculator thingy :)
 
okey dokey weight 154ibs time 50mins, medium intensity. But normally do 30 mins bit cheeky could you work out both please! also congrats on those carolies burned last week :O)

Hi Ugg - formula for AP's is as follows:-

Light Activity is your current weight in pounds x # of mins x .000232

Mod Activity is your current weight in pounds x # of mins x .000327

Heavy Activity your current weight in pounds x # of mins x .0008077

So your 50 mins for tonight is 154 lbs x 50 mins x 0.000327 and so on. Always round the points down to the nearest half.
