hello, just read your diary (start to finish) and have found it really helpful
just wondering if you can help me with a couple of post baby WW questions?!
im hoping to start doing WW in the new year when my baby will be six weeks old (not actually due til the 18th of this month) and am worried about the points i will have. am hoping to breastfeed (fingers crossed) and am worried that 10 points solely for BF is quite high?!
will i still acheive a loss if say for instance i am allocated 30 points a day to use?
how did you find it?
many thanks suz x

Wow, you must have been really bored lol. I'm sure it was not that interestingThanks for reading it though. Anything I say that can help someone else is a bonus.
Congrats on your baby. Counting down the days now hey? You must be getting excited. My baby is now 4 and a half months and rolling around all over the place....where did the time go????
I have been doing WW for 10 weeks now and breastfed the whole time. I started on 10pts for bfing and i too thought it was alot. However, I ate them anyway and lost weight. I just so happened to enjoy the odd chocolate bar to make them upI did find it hard to eat them all up virtually every day and normally ate around 28 (I was supposed to have 32). Now i have introduced bottles I have 5 points for feeding and that is much better. I am now eating most of my points and still losing. I am not losing as quick as many of the other girls on here but I think us breastfeeding mums are not supposed to. If we eat/drink too little our supply will suffer. I lose around 1-2lbs per week and that is fine by me. I am loving WW and breastfeeding so it is a win win situation
Goodluck on the birth of your baby. Do you know what you are having?
