Progress Pics
It has taken a lot of guts to post these pictures but here goes....
I have always been relatively small (around 10 stone - 10 stone 7lbs). I got pregnant with 2 children and following my daughters birth I was 12 stone 4 lbs. I saw a couple of pics which really shocked me. I HATED them. They made me feel so sick. It was then I realised how much I had ballooned. Anyway, I am so shamed of them (and I guess we are all ashamed of our 'before' pics) but I took a more recent picture of myself and was pleased with the change.
This pic was taken at the end of August just 6 weeks ago:sign0137::sign0137::sign0137::sign0137:
And these were taken in the last week:
(Please excuse the lack of make-up and tired eyes...my baby girl is REALLY hard work!)
11lbs may not sound like a huge amount and honestly I did not think it was enough to make any changes but even I was shocked by the difference. I feel so proud of myself and no longer hate what I see in pictures that will be with me for the rest of my life.
I still have a long way to go but this has spurred me to continue.....
