Didnt want to just disappear without saying anything but after a 2 week stab at dukan ive decided its not for me. My weight loss was good etc but i enjoy socialising and for me that involves eating out a lot and i also have a lot of lunch/dinner appointments with work-so this wasnt the most practical choice for me as it turns out. good luck to everyone getting to their ideal weight...its over to WW for me...Thanks for all your support and keep up this board-i think its the most informative dukan info site on the net. Sorry to hear you are leaving, but totally understand!! Planning around my social schedule has been most difficult for me. I've committed to give a go as best I can until 2 July and then move to Conso as I also have the same issues.

Best of luck with WW - they're great, I've heard!!

Yeah-know the ww way works for me so will stick at it as i know i can eat out and plan and stil lose weight which i what i need at the mo!! best of luck with this!! xx

I'm running into similar issues. Busy social / professional scheduling and also dining out a lot. But that said I'm doing well eating out. As much as I can during the week, going to really be super strict and possibly 2-1 PP-PV days. On hormones and that muddies the waters, as he states in the book it doubles the time to loose one pound. Please keep us posted on how it is going, your doing great 10lbs !!!!
