Well Saturday didn't go to plan :(

Saturday 27/11/10
B: bacon egg mushrooms and beans

L: missed

Had bratwurst on crunchy White roll an ketchup
Gluhwein
Gouda and ham deep fried in batter on a stick

D: wasn't hungry

Then went to mates house as the lads had a lads night gaming so I went along as they love me.

Ate doritoes salsa dip and dry roasted peanuts and rose wine :(

Did have a good time though german Market was rammed and freezing!! We then had Xmas music on in the car :)

Sunday 28/11/10

Well I aimed to be back on plan. We found we have no hot water as pipes are frozen. Then found out we are short by like 300 for rent and therefor no money for food. :( worried sick!!

Was puttin up Xmas decorations an listening to Xmas songs while munching doritoes and dip
Pretzles
Mikado chocs
And some rose wine

D: beef and pork roast dinner followed by trifle

Then later I snacked on olives pitta and houmous.

Soooooo another gain this week i suspect :(
 
Well as we have no money I had to plan all meals for everyone!!! Today I have the following.

B: porridge and apple
L: carrot and corriander soup
D: quorn sausage casserole

Ok I have been avoiding my diary :( havnt been 100% since Friday. Well Saturday
Morning and then skipping lunch and going german Market! Now have decided no more!!! On plan till Xmas ever now and that's final *wags finger at self* so it begins!

Wednesday 1st December
B; porridge with cinnamon and apple followed by kiwi
L; quorn sausage casserole with carrots swede parsnip and potatoes with passata and stock
D; chicken and mushy pea curry with swede carrots and peas and sw egg fried rice followed by melon

D: mushy pea curry with rice chicken swede and carrots

L: chicken leek and celery soup 7.5 belight crisps

D: corned beef hash with cheese an baked beans followed by melon

Heb: 28g fruit and fibre
Body magic: 30 mins of wii active and just dance combined, followed by stretches and sit ups

L: chicken and leek and celery soup water beligt salt and vinegar crisps
D: mince beef bolognaise with mushrooms carrots courgettes and tin toms and pasta

Body magic: rest day, especialy as am in pain!!!!!!!

Been naughty n sneak peeked today as I feel totm coming :( and have lost 4lb :) so if I don't lose as much it be thanks to the

Heb: 3x brown Danish ww
Syns: vodka 2.5, brandy snaps 5, ketchup 1, garlic Mayo 5, 3x pizza slices 15. Total 28.5

Done no exercise today as I was still tender and just didn't find time!!!!

Gone over on syns last few days so I need to deduct about 7.5 tomorrow. Which shouldn't be too hard.
