leigh weigh in 3

I went for my 3rd weigh in this morning quite excited as my scales said down 7 lbs (yes i know no weighing at home) but when i weighed on their scales i discovered i was a whopping 10lbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss:
That is 30lbs (2st 2lb) in 3 weeks! and a bmi drop of 45.9 to 44!
There was another young girl just starting when i was there and it was so nice to be able to say that it wasn't as daunting as it seemed that first day!
one very happy woman!!!!
