Hi! I've just made my tuna salad dressing with fat free natural yoghurt, 1 level tbsp light salad cream (for which I've allowed one syn) pepper and lemon juice (1 tsp). Do I need to syn the lemon juice as its not a whole fruit and if so, how many should I allow? Can't find it in the book and my phone won't let me log into lifeline to check the syns online! Thanks in advance Xx
