Lent Challenge - John O'Groats to Lands End

60 mins Physio... Consisting of 10 min cross trainer.. 10 min bike.. 10 min stepper.. 30 mins balance training.. (1 leg squats.. Heel raises.. Etc )
 
Yep made mistake of telling physio it was my birthday .. Really pushed me today think will feel it later haha x
 
Only 50 minutes walking for me today..... Tomorrow is the Zumba bokwa double though so gonna make up for it!
 
50 min for me for past 3 days.
 
115 mins walking and 60 mins kettlercise later..
 
45 mins for me please spinning x
 
According to my Hubby and his calculations we have so far walked to Carlisle! We are doing fabulously. x
 
Everybody round to mine for a cuppa :) xxx
