LUNCH

sag aloo made with butternut squash...1
Had a rare crisp binge later on in the afternoon and then ate a small piece of fish and a handful of chips (homemade, not from the chippy!!) I have a lot going on in my personal life at the moment with my job and I know exactly why I turned to food today
Its only my third day, so not off to a good start but I'm sure I can pull it back over the next few days.
At best I'll either have to cut down on points over the next 4 days or at worst, just stick to my allocated points.
