Think I had 5 on each side... That is why my shoulders were aching so much

I've not been able to exercise for 6 weeks :-( I've only put in a couple of lbs but the inches have grown dramatically and I've slipped into old eating habits! Feeling very frustrated and been banned from classes until new year ?

still going! did the new releases today

My gym shuffled things up to stagger releases so we are on balance 64, pump 89 and combat 60 just launched this week.... Oh my it's a killer!!! ?

aching bad today

They skipped the leg track today, I must admit I didn't mind! It really is a killer! Hope the aching stops soon haha

well one leg Is still sore, but think its to do with the IT band issues as my knee kept going weird during the class.
