Although I've been a weight watcher for years, with a brief defection to Slimming World, I started with the new Pro Points on Sunday. This is today's menu:

2 weetabix - 3PP
200ml skimmed milk - 2 PP (with remainder used for two cups of tea)
Banana 0PP
TOTAL 5PP

Butternut Squash and Red Pepper soup - 0PP
1 slice of brown bread from 400g loaf - 2PP
1 egg, scrambled - 2PP
1 Mullerlite yogurt - 2PP
2 tsp Flora Light - 1PP
Melon chunks - 0PP
TOTAL 7PP

2 finger kit kat - 3PP
TOTAL 3PP

Chicken Breast - 4PP
Chasseur mix - 2PP
0PP veggies
Potatoes - not decided yet, up to a max of 4PP
Yogurt - 2PP
Melon Chunks - 0PP
TOTAL 12PP

TOTAL 27PP, which leaves me 2PP to play with.

Opinions and corrections welcomed :)

Thank you! It was and I'm having the same today as I made another big pan of soup last night.

Breakfast :

Mid-afternoon
2 finger Kitkat - 3PP
TOTAL : 3PP

Tea:
Chilli con Carne with Rice (which I've worked out to 12PP - seems an awful lot -
500g lean minced beef, onion, tomatoes, spices, mushrooms, peppers and red kidney beans - serves 6)
Yogurt - 2PP
TOTAL: 14PP

GRAND TOTAL : 29PP
