Hi Abi, The more you keep punishing yourself about it the worse it will get, So you have had a few weeks break at least you are back on it now. Look ahead not behind.

Abi a new day today. Back to it. Try a variety today with some foods that you haven't had in a while. Perhaps eggs for breakfast to keep you full until lunch? Fruits you haven't had in a while also. Just get some healthy new tastes in your mouth and not the carb, sugar ladden stuff.

Pick yourself up hun you can do this!
