    Completely ruined my diet and all the hard work, had a near three week binge. I don't seem to have any motivation to get back into it. HELP!!

    Hi Abi, The more you keep punishing yourself about it the worse it will get, So you have had a few weeks break at least you are back on it now. Look ahead not behind.
    You can do it.

    No point worrying about the 3 weeks as it's in the past, concentrate on what you change and think about your goal :)

    Abi a new day today. Back to it. Try a variety today with some foods that you haven't had in a while. Perhaps eggs for breakfast to keep you full until lunch? Fruits you haven't had in a while also. Just get some healthy new tastes in your mouth and not the carb, sugar ladden stuff.

    Pick yourself up hun you can do this!
