Lets do onplanuaries

Lost my first stone slow and steady. Yep kept to plan except sleep, still getting way under 7hrs.
 
Need to add up my yes and nos. Figures dont look good but i was counting 7 days a week and my actual plan didnt include weekends.
 
Onplanuary: February.
I commit to:
1) burning 200cals on exercise bike
2) 3 hiit workouts a week
3) 1 rest day (likely Sunday).
4) alcohol only on Fridays and Saturdays. Low carb options.
5) nothing sweet except small exceptions Fridays and Saturdays.
6) minimins everyday for accountability.
7) aiming for 2lb a week- if not met check the plan and adjust.

Wishing everyone best wishes for keeping to plan and meeting exercise and eating plans during February.
 
2nd Feb
200 calls on bike-yes
Diet- very loose but being aware.
Allowed alcohol
Too many sweets, will be off them by tomorrow
Back on minimins to be accountable

28 days with 8 weekend days and 20 week day

So plan is for 20 days on plan
No sugar
No wine
Vegan

20 on plan 1
8 off plan 2

Today should be an in plan day but will be off cos i had half a seaweed chicken wrap yesterday and have other half for lunch today as i dont want to waste it.
 
Day 4
Refused cake
No alcohol
2 sessions on bike, 1 hiit
And had 7-8 hrs sleep last night... yay!

Exercise- yep, peddling for 2nd time today, am getting up at 5.45 most days to do at least 30 mins on bike in the morning.

Haven’t weighed this week as know it wouldn’t help my state of mind.
I’m just keeping on keeping on
 
Not been around as someone broke into our garden and several garages and sheds in the area so as you can guess my mind has been on other things since so not been good.:classic_frown: We have cctv going in on Monday so hoping things here will resume asap.:classic_smile:
