I was thinking to motivate each other we can tell each other how much we lost, how long it took you to lose the weight and what food/plan do you think speeds up your weight loss
I think such an information will make us learn from each other.

I've lost 2st 3lb so far gone a bit off track but back on the wagon since yesterday
I started the diet in January but I lost the 2st in the first couple of months, but because of my exams I'm maintaining instead of losing, I'm not complaining at all as I'm maintaining a weight loss of 2st 3lb that would still be wrapped aroung my body without sw
I mainly have EE days, but if I fancy a extra HEA or HEB I go on red and green days
So far ive lost 1st 1lb.
that was in a month then like the above lost my way, but i am back on track ( i hope) so fingers crossed there will be more to lose, i have another 7 to go x
i joined last August and am hoping to get my 3 stone sticker tomorrow. its been coming off slowly for a while but i do loads of exercise as well as following sw so i'm happy
I joined at the end of January and have lost 1st 11lb. I follow the green plan because I am a vegetarian. That was one of the big selling points of SW for me. So many diets are not veggie friendly! It's been a great success for me and have only ever had one gain which was 0.5lb. Love SW and really hoping to get my 2st award tonight or next week!

I agree re green plan making SW great for veggies. I always found diets restrictive in the past as they didn't seem geared up for veggie food. Well done on your weight loss, I've been following since fen and have lost 1 st 2lb x x
Hi, I have lost 18lbs in 6 weeks, I have been following the Extra Easy plan mainly with a few Red days thrown in. I really think this diet is fantastic. I go to a Tuesday class but have found this site a godsend!!
